Sign Your Grant Agreement
The outcome of your request will be sent via email by the end of June. If a grant is awarded, you’ll receive a grant agreement to sign and return.

Payment Sent — Keep in Touch!
An annual report will be required each year of your grant period, and we encourage you to contact your CIO at any time with questions about your grant or guidance in your transformational work.
