KZCF Board of Trustees

Our board holds several responsibilities, including approving and supporting our vision, mission, values and strategic priorities; honoring the roles of governance; and supporting and overseeing the CEO’s management of the organization.

Trustees serve in a volunteer role for a three-year term, with the opportunity to be re-appointed up to five terms. Our board of trustees meets six times throughout the year on a bi-monthly basis, with special meetings as necessary.

Core Investment Committee

The Core Investment Committee works with the board of trustees to establish investment policies and objectives, and regularly monitor and review investment performance of its investment managers. Members of this committee are volunteers handpicked for their community and professional knowledge and leadership.
