Formerly known as the New Inclusive Economy team, KZEN was created to improve the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Kalamazoo through strengthened coordination, with a focus on supporting Black, Indigenous and people of color entrepreneurs.

By engaging in acts of restoration, our community leaders can be at their best when supporting community members.
